Baby Cakes

The book I received was falling apart, so perhaps it was an advance copy. Like many, it was printed in China, although it is a Canadian book. So with that beware notice, this is a delightful read. There is a recipe in the front of the book, and it is “time to bake!” Each page has a new instruction, with much hand washing. There are kitchen accidents, of course, with the kitty benefiting. Each page adds an ingredient, like flour or eggs. The result are nice cupcakes called Babycakes, and presto, it is time for tea.
