I Can’t Sleep!

On a small boat in the middle of the river, everything was quiet until Mouse hears, “I can’t sleep.” Like a good friend, Mouse lets Mole come sleep with him, but soon even that doesn’t help. So Mouse reads Mole a bedtime story, but Mole says it’s too short. Then Mouse reads him another, but that one is too scary. Just as they settle down to sleep, Mole decides it’s too dark, and then it’s too light. With Mole’s growing list of why he can’t sleep, it’s up to Mouse to try to help him.
