Olivia, Lucas, and Lily Carson grew up going to the Whitman’s lake house each summer where they would stay with the Whitmans and their boys, Blaze and Tyler, while their parents, Dwight and Charlotte, worked. Fast-forward to several years later and Olivia is in a relationship with Blaze, Lucas has been in and out of trouble with the law, and Lily has disappeared after her parents found out that she was pregnant at sixteen. But, one day, Josh, Lily’s son, shows up on Olivia’s doorstep. He is thirteen years old and has experienced a traumatic brain injury that causes him to have a difficult time using the right words when speaking. Olivia recruits Lucas to help her find Lily because she doesn’t know if her sister is in danger or not.
No More Words is an excellent domestic thriller that will have you turning the pages faster and faster. As family secrets are uncovered, the truth is finally revealed about who Josh’s father really is as well as the shocking secret that Dwight and Charlotte have been holding on to for all these years. Great characters with a fantastic plot and finish.
