Remind Me Again What Happened

Reading this book, I had so many different emotions running through my mind: feelings bordering on disinterest, frustration, confusion, and then a bit of interest. Relating to the three main characters was both hard and frustrating because of their lack of communication with each other. I would find myself getting disinterested when they would continuously take themselves back to roughly the same moment that seemed to change each of their lives in different ways (eventually it made sense but was still hard for me understand). Even though I had these thoughts while reading, the nagging urge to keep reading stayed, and I wanted to find out more about each character with their simple yet complex lives. The ending did tie most everything together; it was just hard throughout the book when the characters kept secrets from each other, and also from the reader. I did end up feeling some sympathy for the three characters throughout the story and wished that there was a way to help them express their feelings in a healthy way. Being a romantic at heart, I was hoping this would be a second chance for Charlie and Claire, but maybe it ended up being another chance for Charlie and Rachel.
